Song Circle for Women of Earth
These circles invite playful exploration of our voices, connecting with the sensations and feelings that the vibrations and frequencies bring rather than aiming to perfect our voices. All voices are welcome and you don't need to consider yourself having a 'good' voice to enjoy this experience - no singing experience is necessary, just an open heart. We begin by grounding into the space, connecting with each other and warming up our voices before we dive into our song ceremony of the earth for this circle. We will learn layers of the song and get to know where we feel most comfortable singing and then bring all the layers together at the end and sing in unity our song in choir. We will complete our ceremony by enjoying some cacao and conscious conversations with one another sharing takeaways from our experience.

Breath + Sound / Kundalini Yoga Meditation + Gongs
Join Kylie from White Snake Yoga for a 90 minute class to experience the power, force & grace of your own breath and sound interwoven in a gentle Kundalini Yoga practice and accompanied by gong. Gong meditations tune the body, assist with emotional cleansing, balance the energy and tone the nervous system. The combination of breath technology, movement, mantra, rhythm, music, meditation and gongs promotes deep, deep relaxation. The sound of the gong is an excellent way to deepen a yogi’s focus, allowing a deeper connection to energy (prana and apana) that is produced and released during the practice to release blocks and create new pathways.

Mums + Bubs Yoga Circle
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga is designed for new mothers who want to strengthen the bond with their babies in a peaceful, relaxing, and nurturing environment. We provide a holistic approach to postpartum recovery by incorporating gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. We will complete our practice with a blissful Savasana with essential oils and massage for mama and then have some time for babies to enjoy some baby yoga and massage. We then offer a light morning tea after class for mamas to enjoy connecting with other new mums and share experiences.
