Iida is a qualified naturopath from Finland. She has completed a degree in Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is currently deepening her knowledge in classical homeopathy. 

"My special interest is in somatic expression of emotional health. 

This means I explore how the body expresses its inner world and stored experiences. 

I help resolve emotional patterns causing imbalance of the body with vibrational medicine, however I also use other forms of therapies such as herbal medicine and food as medicine. 

I experienced the healing power of vibration medicine during my first pregnancy, and it was a turning point in my life as a mother and healer. 

I have since found my passion in helping my clients understand how our health is a holistic experience of body, mind and spirit, and holding space in the highly potent healing space that is parenthood.

In my practice I honour the naturopathic principal Tolle Causam – treat the cause. 

The root cause can be found in your mental, emotional, spiritual or physical body. Your treatment is determined by the root cause of your imbalance."

The Holistic Journey

A 3-month health program to support you with any health goals and ailments. 

•  You will be supported through different layers of healing including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.  Includes 6 fortnightly consultations, 24/7 support available throughout the program and evolving treatment plan adjusted to your needs. This is the most comprehensive offering and so most profound results are to be expected. Additional testing can be included in case this is beneficial for your needs and emphasis is placed on treating the root cause of your ailments.  

•  Ideal for individuals suffering from chronic disease, unexplained symptoms and health ailments, and individuals wanting to up-level their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
