Our Gentle Yoga service gives you the opportunity to unwind, relax and restore balance in your body and mind. This gentle form of yoga involves more stretching and slower paced movements, so is a great place to start if you're brand new to yoga, recovering from an injury or are pregnant/early postpartum.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the practice, ensuring that you feel supported and nurtured throughout. Suitable for all levels of experience and will support stress reduction and improve your overall wellbeing.
Our Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra classes are a wonderful experience for individuals who are seeking to improve their flexibility, mobility, relieve stress in the body/mind and deep relaxation.
You will be guided through a small series of poses held for longer periods of time, focusing on breath and body awareness. This slow yet still challenging practice is designed to stretch and dissolve deeply held tension within the fascia and connective tissue while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
You will then be guided through a gentle Yoga Nidra practice (Yogic Sleep) which focuses your awareness on sensations in the body promoting deep relaxation before finishing with a blissful Savasana.
Suited for all levels and bodies.
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic yet adaptive practice which encourages you to find deeper physical and mental strength, as well as move through the blocks of the nadis/energy system. Classes often include pranayama (breathwork), kriya (physical postures), mantra and meditation, as well as gong savasana/sound relaxation.
Beginner's are always welcome.
Kundalini yoga is a synthesis of many traditions, designed to raise complete body awareness to prepare the body, nervous system, and mind to handle the energy of Kundalini rising. Many of the physical postures are designed to activate the navel, spine, and focal points of pressurization on meridians (energy points). Through breath work (pranayama) and the application of yogic locks of energy (bandhas), the release, direction, and control of the flow of Kundalini energy is achieved.
Our Pregnancy & Yoga Circle gives expecting mamas the opportunity to unwind, relax and restore balance in your body and mind whilst connecting with other mamas-to-be.
This gentle form of yoga involves more stretching and slower paced movements, so is great if you're brand new to yoga during your pregnancy.
Following our yoga practice you will receive rest and relaxation to restore your resting heart rate and breathing rhythm as well as adjustments, affirmations/mantras, sound healing and massage.
We finish with our connection circle to get to know one another and ask questions.
You will find a holistic approach to our classes that encourages physical support like gentle stretching, strength work and focused breathing techniques, as well as mental/emotional centreing which is wonderful for supporting expectant mothers in preparation for labour and birth.
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga is a specialized yoga service designed for new mothers who want to strengthen the bond with their babies in a peaceful, relaxing, and nurturing environment.
We provide a holistic approach to postpartum recovery by incorporating gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. The classes also offer a great opportunity to connect with other new mums and share experiences.
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are tailored to the needs of both mothers and babies, making it easy to attend without worrying about childcare arrangements.
Our weekly Song Circles are a way to connect with your inner self and express through voice. Weaving together a combination of voice techniques, harmonising and using simple instruments, we will learn songs, melodies and mantras each week to sing together in circle with like-hearted sisters.
No singing experience is necessary and you do not need to consider yourself having a 'good' voice to join in these joyful circles. These offerings are more about finding joy through voice expression, tuning into your creativity and inner fire and sharing beautiful songs together with other women.

"Hello, my name is Michiko.
I am a qualified Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner.
I find comfort in small communities where people can connect and feel at ease with nature, family, and animals.
I believe that feeling a sense of healing and vitality in both our minds and bodies is a great happiness.
Don't you feel a sense of courage and peace when you realize that you already have incredible power within yourself?
Through my own experiences, I hope to help others by shining a light on their own inner energy, and by using my massage, yogic knowledge, and chakra healing, I would be delighted to be of service to anyone in need."
