Our Mums & Bubs Yoga is designed for new mothers who want to strengthen the bond with their babies in a peaceful, relaxing, and nurturing environment. We provide a holistic approach to postpartum recovery by incorporating gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. We will complete our practice with a blissful Savasana with essential oils and massage for mama and then have some time for babies to enjoy some baby yoga and massage.
