Amanda's Philosophy
Our physicality affects us at the most foundational level, and I’ve always marvelled at the intelligence of the human body. As an Exercise Scientist, my foundations are in Anatomy, Physiology, and Structural alignment, but I’ve always had a burning desire to explore the more elusive aspects of what makes us human.
Emotional regulation, trauma resolution, mental and cognitive function, imagination, human connection, spiritual alignment... On my quest to learn all the secrets of the cosmos I’ve lived on 5 continents, and marvelled at indigenous wisdom in remote communities across Australia & PNG.
I’ve studied, practiced or facilitated Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, Massage, Ayurveda, TCM, Numerology, Astrology and Eco-therapy. I’m so passionate about Kinesiology because it’s the only modality I've ever found which incorporates the lot, AND empowers it's clients to facilitate change themselves!! … This is your journey, your inner wisdom will guide us, I’m simply the translator and a passionate cheerleader!

Kinesiology is more than a holistic therapy, it’s an empowering journey towards your best self! Using muscle monitoring we can communicate with your “innate awareness” to uncover the layers of underlying stress which manifest as mental or emotional blockages, or physical dis-ease. From structural alignment, physiological issues, and long term stress relief, to sleep patterns, emotional regulation, spiritual growth, and limiting beliefs/behaviours. If you’re ready to make big positive changes, Kinesiology supports you to take your power back and thrive!!
Kinesiology is highly effective in clearing birth (and even past life) trauma for both Mum and bub and can be performed surrogately on little ones.

Numerology has taught me to see myself, others and situations as they really are, and gifted me an understanding of why we all act, or react the way we do.
