Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, that you please consider cancelling or rescheduling your appointment/class. 

FOR APPOINTMENTS WITH OUR THERAPISTS

*Please note that we have a 24hrs cancellation policy due to limited appointment availability & should you cancel within 24hrs you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking. Please notify us via email to tara@earthmothers.com.au if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment & we will do our best to accommodate you. 

FOR CLASS, EVENT & WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS

 *EARTH MOTHERS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS on CLASSES, WORKSHOPS OR EVENTS, 

but we will consider everyones circumstances on a case to case basis.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
